Regions and their managers
A region's manager is who "goes to the manager" means when a task routes.
Regions are retired, never deleted, because applications point at them.
The onboarding checklist
Changing the timing moves every open task immediately. Anything already done stays put.
Changes affect future hires only.
Where tasks go
Checked top to bottom. The first rule that matches wins, so put the specific ones above the general ones.
Job postings
A posting is not the same as a position. One Office/Data Entry position can be posted
hybrid in West Berlin and onsite in Trainer, and the phone screen should say so.
Phone screen scripts
Add, reorder and retire questions without touching any code. Knockouts and summary
labels are what the candidate page reads.
People who can sign in
Who has been here, and who has been cut off
Setting someone inactive removes their data access at once and signs them out within
three minutes. It does not touch their Buckley mailbox, and their mailbox does not touch this.
Who is carrying what
Every open task across the team. This is the only place the whole board is visible.
Weeks ahead
All open tasks
Add candidate
State decides which hiring rules show on their phone screen, so it is worth filling in.
Tasks route to these two automatically. Leave the manager blank to use the region default.
What changed
The first number goes up when a whole section is added. The second when
something smaller changes.
